Vicens Forns is a professional photographer from Barcelona, Spain and has been living in the beautiful Napa Valley since 2010. He loves what he does and is very grateful that he is able to do this as a living. Vicens enjoys capturing laughter, tears and cake cutting in real life settings.
He delights in seizing fleeting instants of people’s lives and bringing them to life as enduring memories through his lens. With humor, he endeavors to make you feel comfortable so that you enjoy the experience and forget that he is even there, while he crawls, hangs, climbs and wiggles to find that special moment in time. Then he takes his camera and stirs in a bit of beauty, a pinch of harmony, and a hint of emotion and brings it all to a boil. Once it cools off, he throws in a sprinkle of technical expertise and a dash of his secret ingredient hoping to deliver something that will warm your heart for years to come.
We were not sure if the weather was going to cooperate nor how we were going to get in, but the adventure was fun and it all worked out in the end.
Perfect moments like these are so precious, the light, the pose, the look, and the helpful bridesmaids. I had a great time at this wedding.
The evening was dark, windy, and cold with menacing clouds moving in. The dress was also ruined after this session. Despite the recipe for disaster, the couple could not have been happier with the image.
There are always so many people in City Hall that I thought I wouldn't have much freedom. All of a sudden the space became empty and I was able to play around with my couple for a long time.
This is a two-seater car and I was sitting on the trunk, with the bride's veil getting tangled in my face. The first time they drove off, I almost fell off. But I had a blast!
I could not get the window open and was concerned I would not be able to capture this beautiful moment. I did everything I could to get a clear shot through the glass and it was successful! I was so happy.
This was taken at the lovely Eleven Eleven Winery. I saw this beautiful wood paneled corridor and instantly knew that this would make a romantic picture.
We paralyzed this hotel for five minutes. I was worried that guests would not take it too kindly but they were actually amused by the show. And the wedding party had a lot of fun.
The day was terrible and the weather very depressing. The bride and groom were worried that they would not get a single good image. They were pleasantly surprised.
This image was captured with an incredibly strong wind at one of my favorite places in San Francisco. I love the blue pattern leading to the couple kissing and the majesty of the surrounding structures.
