In addition to being a photographer, I am a philosopher, a scientist and a teacher. I love the world's brilliance and have an eye for detail, which is what has fostered my interest in photography. I absolutely admire and am often awe struck by nature's magnificence, power and it's intelligent design. I think when we take the time to examine the beauty of the world around us; we are able to see parallels within ourselves. A famous philosopher, Martin Heidegger, coined the term 'being-in-the-world'. I like to capture moments of people 'being-in-the-world' with their vulnerabilities, happiness, sadness, and their goodness.
